TARGET AUDIENCE FIT

The right audience matters more than a large audience.

A useful introduction connects us with a business that has a specific China-side sourcing or coordination need.

Creators & educators

You teach Amazon, Shopify or Etsy businesses how to build and operate product businesses.

Consultants & service providers

Your clients need help beyond the store, marketing campaign, packaging design or initial sourcing advice.

Industry & community partners

You work with brand owners, wholesalers or distributors who buy physical products from China.

INTERACTIVE CONTENT TOOL

Find a useful introduction angle.

Choose the audience and the problem. Get a starting point for a post, client conversation or introduction.

1. Three suppliers. One shipment plan.

The product, pouch and printed insert come from different suppliers. Different ready dates and incomplete packing instructions can hold up the shipment.

Useful service: Order coordination — receiving records, agreed checks, packing instructions and shipment handover.

See Order Coordination service →

2. A sample needs more than a quick look.

A buyer needs specific dimensions, fittings, finish or packaging details checked before making the next decision.

Useful service: Product checks — agreed checkpoints, relevant records and questions that need the buyer's approval.

See Product Checks service →

3. Three prices. Different assumptions.

One supplier quotes a different quantity, material or packing method. The lowest unit price may not answer the buyer's actual brief.

Useful service: Supplier search — clarify specifications, align quotation assumptions and compare open issues.

COMMERCIAL PRINCIPLES

Clear terms for commercial referrals.

We work directly with founders, brand owners and purchasing managers. Here is how partner introductions are structured.

A useful introduction starts with a real need

Your contact may need one defined task, support with an order in progress or recurring purchasing coordination. Their existing factory, agent or freight partner can remain involved.

We review the requirements and execution availability before proposing paid work. You help make the introduction; Zhipact’s team discusses the project scope with the business.

Agree how commission works

The written arrangement confirms:

  • Which services and referrals qualify.
  • The rate, attribution method and attribution period.
  • Existing-contact exclusions and duplicate introductions.
  • When a payment becomes eligible and how refunds are adjusted.
  • The settlement schedule and records used to confirm commission.

Commission is based on eligible sourcing or coordination service fees actually received by Zhipact. It is not calculated on product order value, freight, taxes, duties or reimbursable expenses. Other service categories require a separate agreement.

A submitted name or enquiry does not itself earn commission.

Execution work can be included by agreement.

Checks, labelling, kitting and other execution services may have a separately agreed fixed reward or eligible fee basis. The partner terms define what counts before a referral is made. Product payments, freight, taxes, duties and reimbursable expenses are not automatically commissionable.

Introduce with permission

Ask for the business’s permission before sharing contact details or project information. A short description of the need is enough for an initial introduction; supplier lists and other non-public files can follow through the agreed channel.

Describe our services accurately and make the commercial referral relationship clear. Any proposed price, execution scope and schedule must be confirmed for the specific project. Inspection findings describe the work actually performed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked about referral partnerships

Do I need a large audience?

Audience relevance and a clear sourcing need matter more than follower count. Consultants and industry partners can introduce individual businesses.

Can the buyer keep their existing suppliers or agent?

Yes. A defined task can sit alongside arrangements that already work.

Which services can earn commission?

The partner agreement identifies eligible services and the calculation basis. Additional execution services require separate written terms.

How is a referral attributed?

The agreed method may use an approved referral link, a partner code or a documented introduction. Existing contacts and duplicate introductions are addressed in the written terms. A code alone does not confirm eligibility.

Do I need to handle the project myself?

Zhipact's team discusses requirements, scope and execution with the buyer. Your role and any ongoing involvement are agreed in advance.

Can I share client information immediately?

Get permission before sharing contact details or non-public project information. A short description of the need is enough to begin the discussion.
